About Us

Hi, I’m Isis Fuentes, a passionate and strategic Human Resources leader with over a decade of experience transforming workplaces through employee engagement, compliance, and people-centric solutions. My journey in HR began while earning my Master’s in Human Resources Management from Florida International University in 2012—all while working full-time at American Airlines managing payroll exceptions. Since then, I’ve built a career dedicated to fostering positive workplace cultures and helping businesses scale with strong HR foundations.

At Costa Farms, I served as an HR Business Partner, leading a small team of HR professionals, including the recruiter, and overseeing recruiting efforts for the Merchandising team while supporting a workforce of over 700 employees nationwide. I’ve also worked as an HR Business Partner for over 100 clients at ADP, managing a wide range of HR functions, and later played a critical role in employee relations and benefits administration at Papa, Inc., where I led ADA processes, built training programs, and developed company policies. My ability to navigate sensitive HR challenges has allowed me to drive engagement, implement performance tools, and streamline processes that enhance both employee experience and business success.
